Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven International Pharma Sales / Business Development Executive to drive global sales and expand the company’s pharmaceutical market presence. The role involves identifying international buyers, distributors, and suppliers, managing B2B pharmaceutical sales, and developing strategic partnerships across key global markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmaceutical exports, client acquisition, and regulatory awareness within international pharma markets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop international pharmaceutical buyers, distributors, and partners.
  • Manage B2B pharmaceutical sales including APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) and Finished Dosage Forms (FDF).
  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, pharma marketplaces, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct cold outreach, client meetings, and product presentations to international clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements with distributors and partners.

Market Expansion

  • Research and analyze global pharmaceutical markets including the US, EU, Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
  • Identify opportunities for new product launches and market entry strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical distributors and wholesalers.

Regulatory & Compliance

  • Ensure understanding of pharmaceutical export regulations and compliance standards such as GMP and WHO-GMP.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product documentation, registration, and regulatory approvals in international markets.

Operations & Coordination

  • Work with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth pharmaceutical product delivery and distribution.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales, exports, or business development preferred.
  • Knowledge of API sales, pharmaceutical distribution, and global pharma markets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn lead generation, and B2B sales strategies.
  • Understanding of pharma regulatory frameworks and documentation processes.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with international pharmaceutical distributors or manufacturers.
  • Knowledge of third-party manufacturing and pharma licensing.
  • Exposure to pharma tenders, product registration, and regulatory approvals.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
