Stipend:

• Full Time: ₹12,000 / month
• Part Time: ₹6,000 / month

Working Hours:

• Full Time: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (9 hours)
• Part Time: 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM IST (4.5 hours)

Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 Days a week)

About the Role

Kickstart your career in international sales and B2B lead generation.

In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to business owners in the United States, introducing them to our freight brokerage services, and identifying companies that may need logistics support.

Your main objective will be to generate qualified leads and schedule calls between interested prospects and our Sales Manager.

This role involves regular cold calling, so confidence in speaking with new people is important. Complete training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Make outbound cold calls to business owners / shippers in USA

✅ Pitch our freight brokerage and logistics services

✅ Schedule meetings between interested prospects and our Sales Manager

✅ Maintain and update lead information in CRM/lead tracker

Requirements

✅ Strong spoken English communication skills

✅ Comfortable with cold calling and phone conversations

✅ Own laptop/PC with stable internet connection

✅ Ability to work during the US / Night shift

✅ Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
