IT Business Analyst - Insurance

As an experienced Operations executive in the Insurance industry or Business Analyst in the IT sector (Non-Banking/ Finance domain preferred), you will be required to have basic knowledge of SQL/ PL SQL, basic programming, and web technologies. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating closely with Business Users and Operations to understand the functional requirements
- Understanding business requirements and translating them into functional requirements
- Creating and reviewing Business requirement documents
- Designing the features of IT systems by creating functional requirements
- Preparing necessary documentation
- Determining which tasks/steps to automate by identifying scope and gathering requirements
- Preparing and reviewing Test Cases/ Scenarios and Test Results as per requirement
- Conducting functional testing and providing timely feedback
- Ensuring user application issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner
- Driving/communicating status on project-related work
- Translating technical information for a business audience
