Position Details
- Role: IT (Desktop Support)
- Office Locations: Rewa
- Office Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Budget: 18,000 - 20,000
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, peripherals, and networking equipment.
- Resolve issues related to internet connectivity, printers, scanners, and other office devices.
- Identify and fix system errors and technical problems through proper troubleshooting.
- Maintain and update records of IT assets and technology inventory.
- Ensure smooth functioning of desktops, laptops, and related systems.
- Provide timely technical support to employees for daily IT issues.
- Escalate complex or unresolved technical problems to senior IT teams or vendors.
- Perform regular system checks, updates, and basic maintenance.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹66.00 - ₹70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 55 per week
Work Location: In person
