• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle that includes gathering the hiring numbers, recruitment plan, sourcing, assessment interviews for the hiring for new or replacement of resources. Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role* The incumbent will be managing hiring for cyber security practice* Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods* Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks* Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates* Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Preferred skills and qualifications: * Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field* Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills* Knowledge of applicant tracking system Company Profile: ..
