Job Description:
Learning Buds is looking for enthusiastic and child-friendly Japanese Communication Teacher - Spoken to teach young learners in an online environment. The teacher will work with children aged 5 to 15 years, helping them build confidence in speaking Japanese through interactive and engaging lessons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct live online Japanese Speaking classes for children (ages 5–10)
- Improve students’ speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, and basic grammar
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Excellent spoken Japanese (neutral or clear accent preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience in teaching children (online ) - MANDATORY
- Minimum 1 year experience in teaching Japanese language
- Passion for working with young learners
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Laptop/desktop with stable internet connection
- Webcam and headset with good audio quality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching certification preferred but not mandatory
- Prior experience in online teaching platforms
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching mandatory
- If you create curriculums it would be an advantage

Availability in terms of timings :
- Most definitely between 4pm - 8 pm ( we appreciate a clear committed discussion on availability of teacher's timing ) we allow a fair flexibility wherein you can choose your work hours but we cater to teaching Indian students . Our classes are mostly scheduled after children get back from school .
