Job Summary
We are looking for a Japanese language–proficient (JLPT N2) professional to join our Voice Customer Support team in Gurugram. The role involves handling inbound/outbound voice interactions with Japanese-speaking customers, ensuring excellent customer experience and timely resolution of queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle voice-based customer support for Japanese-speaking clients
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally
- Provide accurate information and solutions while adhering to SLA and quality standards
- Document customer interactions clearly in internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in Japanese and English
- Experience in voice customer support / BPO / contact center preferred
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
- Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
Preferred Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in international voice support
- Prior experience handling Japanese clients or processes
- Night shift allowance (as applicable)
- Cab facility (as per company policy)
