Job Description
We are Hiring a Java Developer Team Lead for an On-site Job.
Designation– Java Developer TL
Education: - Any Graduation, Post Graduation, Pursuing in bachelor’s
Experience: – 5Yrs To 6Yrs
Location: – Pune (Bavdhan).
Interview Process: – Virtual
Key Responsibilities: -
- Lead end-to-end development of full-stack web projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables within defined timelines while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate all stages of the software development lifecycle — from requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment — to deliver superior customer experiences.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, maintaining transparent communication and aligning project outcomes with client expectations.
- Analyze project requirements and technical specifications to plan, estimate, and allocate tasks effectively across the team.
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable Java-based applications with clean and reliable code.
- Prepare and execute detailed unit and integration testing plans to ensure software reliability and performance.
- Conduct design and code review meetings with stakeholders, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
- Guide and mentor development team members, promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance development processes and project outcomes.
- Participate in deployment activities and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth project transitions.
- Document technical designs, workflows, and system configurations to support ongoing maintenance and scalability.
- Apply best industry practices and agile methodologies throughout project implementation to ensure continuous improvement.”
Qualifications and Requirements: -
Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience: -
5–8 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in leading a development team or handling end-to-end project delivery.
Other Requirements: -
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proactive attitude toward learning and adopting new technologies.
- Strong ownership mindset and accountability for project deliverables.
