𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Graduation

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

• Strong proficiency in design software (exp. Coral Draw) and hand-drawing skills.
• Knowledge of Sketching, Theme knowledge, Product knowledge, Visualization skills, Dexterity, Detail-oriented, etc.
• Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition. Create Trending design graphics and marketing materials.
• Conceptualizing and designing unique jewelry pieces that align with our brand’s aesthetic and market trends.
• Deep understanding of jewelry design principles, excellent artistic skills, and the ability to translate creative concepts into tangible designs that balance artistic vision with technical feasibility.
• The ability to generate original ideas and concepts is fundamental. A jewelry designer must have a strong sense of aesthetics and an eye for detail to create visually appealing pieces.
• Power TRACE (for converting bitmap images to vector), Live Sketch (for sketching with vector accuracy), and Symmetry drawing modes.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Design Creation: Develop and design original jewelry pieces, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings, based on market trends, client needs, and brand vision.
• Concept Development: Generate sketches, mood boards, and design concepts to present to the design team and stakeholders.
• Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials, gemstones, and metals for each design, ensuring quality and consistency with the brand’s standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with CAD designers, gemologists, and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with technical specifications.
• Trend Analysis: Research current jewelry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging styles to keep the brand’s collections fresh and innovative.
• Prototyping: Oversee the creation of prototypes, providing feedback and adjusting as needed to perfect the designs.
• Client Interaction: Occasionally engage with clients or customers to understand their preferences and incorporate their ideas into custom or bespoke designs.
• Presentation: Prepare design presentations for internal reviews and client meetings, effectively communicating the vision and value of the proposed designs.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet quality standards and are ready for production, addressing any design or technical issues.
