• Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Analyst at Credence Global Solutions, located in Pune – Kharadi (E-Park). As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to support data-driven decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include data mining, reporting, creating dashboards, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders to optimize business processes and outcomes.

• Qualifications**
• Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and statistical modeling
• Strong skills in using tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel
• Experience with dashboard creation and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey data insights effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare or revenue cycle industry is a plus
