Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is passionate about visual storytelling and social media design. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout, and be eager to grow in a fast-paced creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives, carousels, and marketing materials
- Work closely with the content and video team to create visual assets for campaigns
- Assist in brand identity and visual design projects
- Adapt designs across multiple formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, reels covers, etc.)
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
- Understanding of social media design trends
- Good sense of typography, color, and composition
- Ability to take feedback and improve designs quickly
- A portfolio showcasing design work (academic or professional)
Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics
- Experience designing Instagram carousels or reels covers
- Interest in branding and advertising
