As a Junior Recruitment Specialist, you will support the recruitment team by sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates.   • Key Responsibilities:**
  • Candidate Sourcing:** Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening:** Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the roles.
  • Interview Coordination:** Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Database Management:** Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Communication:** Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Administrative Support:** Assist with various administrative tasks related to recruitment, including preparing job descriptions and posting job ads.
  • Qualifications Required:**
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
