- Key Responsibilities:**
- Candidate Sourcing:** Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
- Screening:** Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the roles.
- Interview Coordination:** Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Database Management:** Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Communication:** Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Administrative Support:** Assist with various administrative tasks related to recruitment, including preparing job descriptions and posting job ads.
- Qualifications Required:**
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
