Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative Junior Video Editor to assemble recorded footage into a finished project that aligns with the brand’s vision and objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, excellent editing techniques, and the ability to bring raw footage to life with seamless transitions, music, effects, and graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit video footage for promotional, corporate, social media, and advertising content.
• Trim, assemble, and enhance raw footage into polished final videos.
• Add music, voiceovers, sound effects, and graphics.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to understand project goals.
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of video content.
• Stay updated with industry trends and editing software/tools.
• Manage and organize digital video assets and maintain project file structure.
• Work on multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of timing, pacing, color grading, and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with audio editing and motion graphics is a plus.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Degree or diploma in Film Studies, Media, Communication, or a related field is preferred (not mandatory)./ Any Graduate with Experience

Preferred Skills:

• Experience editing content for social media (FB, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Knowledge of basic animation or visual effects (VFX).
• Understanding of SEO and digital content trends is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
