Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive for our Lab Grown Diamonds showroom. The candidate will assist customers, explain jewellery products, and achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-in customers at the showroom
- Explain lab grown diamond jewellery products to customers
- Assist customers in product selection and billing process
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries and after-sales support
- Maintain showroom display and cleanliness
- Coordinate with inventory and store team
