As a skilled Laptop Service Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various laptop brands and models. Your role will involve handling both hardware and software issues to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

  • Hardware Repair: Diagnose and fix hardware issues, including motherboard chip-level repair, screen replacements, keyboard repairs, and hinge fixes.
  • Software Troubleshooting: Install and configure Operating Systems (Windows/macOS), drivers, and essential software. Perform virus removal and data recovery.
  • Upgrades: Perform RAM and SSD upgrades to improve system performance.
  • Maintenance: Conduct routine cleaning and thermal pasting for laptops.
  • Customer Interaction: Explain technical issues to customers clearly and provide cost estimates for repairs.

In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience: 1 years of experience in laptop/computer servicing.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of laptop internal architecture and circuit-level troubleshooting.
  • Tools: Proficient in using soldering stations, multimeters, and diagnostic software.
  • Education: Diploma, 12th.
  • Soft Skills: Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
