Role Description
We are looking for a Law Intern to support agreement drafting, legal documentation and basic research work. The role includes assisting with legal paperwork, intellectual property documentation and business-related legal tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Help in writing basic agreements like NDAs and MoUs
- Assist with paperwork for utility patents and design patents
- Maintain the organization of legal documents and files
- Prepare simple notes, summaries and basic reports
- Optional: Help review investment-related documents such as term sheets
- Optional: Assist with simple tasks related to company shares and basic company rules
- Work with team members or outside legal professionals when needed
Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed LL. B / BA-LLB / BBA-LLB or equivalent
- Basic understanding of agreements and common legal terms
- Good writing and drafting ability
- Ability to conduct legal research and present findings clearly
- Familiar with MS Office and common work tools
