Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conduct research on property laws, regulations, and judicial precedents relating to real estate transactions, tenancy, redevelopment, and land use. Assist in preparing research notes and briefs on issues arising under laws such as the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, Transfer of Property Act, 1882, Registration Act, 1908, and Maharashtra Ownership Flats Act, 1963.
- Assist in the preparation and review of real estate documentation including Agreements for Sale, Leave and Licence Agreements, Development Agreements, Powers of Attorney, Declarations, Indemnities, and related transactional documents.
Prepare basic legal correspondence, notices, and letters addressed to clients, housing societies, and regulatory authorities.
