Lead Generation and Outreach Specialist (LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp)

We are hiring a LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation Executive to help us build qualified B2B pipelines in industrial, pharma, FMCG, automobile, and corporate sectors.
This is a remote, part-time role focused purely on outbound lead generation and appointment setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify target decision-makers (HR, Admin, Purchase, Plant Heads)
- Run structured LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Send connection requests & follow-up sequences
- Qualify prospects and book meetings
- Maintain CRM and daily reporting
- Support cold email coordination (if required)
Tools Required (Mandatory Experience)
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo / Lusha / ZoomInfo (any one data tool)
- CRM (HubSpot / Zoho / Pipedrive)
- Google Sheets
- Email automation tool (Lemlist / Instantly / Mailshake – optional but preferred)
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years in B2B lead generation
- Strong written communication
- Understanding of manufacturing / B2B industry preferred
- Result-oriented, disciplined follow-up mindset
KPIs
- Daily outreach volume
- Response rate
- Qualified leads generated
- Meetings booked
Compensation: Fixed + performance incentive
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,878.10 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 per week
