Lead Generation / Cold Calling Associate – Export Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to international distributors, hospitals, and importers.
• Generate leads for medical apparel products such as surgical gowns, gloves, and protective gear.
• Research potential clients using LinkedIn, trade directories, and import/export databases.
• Introduce the company and products and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM or lead tracking sheets.
• Send introductory emails and follow-ups to prospects.
• Support the export sales team in market research and lead qualification.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience in sales / telecalling.
• Strong spoken English communication skills.
• Comfortable making 50–80 outbound calls per day.
• Basic knowledge of B2B sales or export markets (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work with Excel, CRM tools, or lead databases.
• SkillsConfidence in cold calling and objection handlingResearch skills (LinkedIn, Google, trade portals)International sales exposure (nice to have)
