Your role will entail identifying potential client companies in the USA and internationally, gathering accurate contact details of decision-makers, and executing bulk email campaigns to acquire new clients. This position offers clear targets and payment terms, focusing on delivering results.

  • Key Responsibilities:**
  • Research and identify companies in the USA and globally
  • Locate key personnel such as HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Managers, Founders, CEOs, etc.
  • Gather verified business emails and phone numbers
  • Create well-organized lead lists
  • Execute bulk cold email campaigns
  • Monitor responses and refine messaging for optimization
  • Qualifications Required:**
  • Demonstrated track record in B2B lead generation
  • Proficiency in sourcing verified emails using tools like Apollo, Hunter, Snov, Lusha, or similar platforms
  • Experience in conducting bulk cold email campaigns
  • Understanding of email deliverability fundamentals
  • Ability to work autonomously and achieve set targets

This role is suited for individuals with prior successful experience in B2B lead generation, rather than beginners. The compensation is fixed based on an agreed-upon number of verified leads, with the potential for long-term collaboration contingent on strong performance.
