Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads through email marketing campaigns. You will design, execute, and optimize email marketing strategies to drive lead generation and engagement. This role involves creating databases, managing email marketing software, implementing marketing automation, analyzing campaign metrics, and ensuring compliance with email marketing regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end B2B email marketing campaigns, including creating large databases and running multichannel outreach campaigns.
- Build and scale high-volume cold email sequencing campaigns using tools like Instantly.ai, Smartlead.ai, and Lemlist.
- Focus on achieving results such as clicks, responses, and meetings.
- Advise clients on CRM requirements and utilize tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Brevo for automation.
- Drive database growth, enrichment, and validation using tools like Apollo.io and Clay.
- Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) targeting strategies to improve lead quality.
- Track and analyze campaign metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and present performance reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications Required:
- 3 years of experience in B2B email marketing, cold outreach, and marketing automation.
- Proficiency in creating databases using accurate tools and developing strategies for clients.
- Strong communication skills and ability to write effective email copies.
- Track record of delivering results monthly and independently managing email database, automation, and campaigns.
- Candidates based in Bangalore are preferred.
- Experience in SaaS and B2B industries, exposure to global B2B audiences, and the ability to manage multiple clients are desirable qualifications. Job Description:
