Role: Lead Generation Executive

Job Location: Phase 8, Industrial Area, Mohali, Punjab

Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)

Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Experience: 0-1 Year (Freshers With Positive English Communication Skills Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential industries and target prospects.
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies across multiple channels such as email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, social media, and cold calling.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through effective research and communication.
• Maintain and regularly update customer and prospect databases (CRM).
• Track and analyse lead generation metrics to optimize performance and improve conversion rates.
• Prepare and share performance reports and updates with senior management.
• Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and technologies in lead generation and outreach.
