Client: Bangalore based entity of a Global service company providing asset management and other services to its affiliates across the globe.
Work schedule: Hybrid
Roles & Responsibility:
- Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, geography, and firm size criteria
- Identify decision‑makers using online research, directories, and enrichment tools
- Create and execute outbound email sequences tailored to specific market segments
- Manage outreach performance using CRM and campaign tools
- Track opens, replies, conversions, and pipeline progression
- Maintain clean, accurate data across all systems
- Qualify inbound responses and route high‑intent leads to senior team members
- Handle unsubscribes, bounces, and negative replies professionally
- Continuously refine targeting, messaging, and workflows for scalability
Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
- Prior experience of 8+years in financial services, SaaS, or professional services lead generation
- Exposure to U.S. mid‑market or SMB segments
- Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and outbound automation tools
- Experience with outbound prospecting or lead generation in B2B environments
- Strong research skills and familiarity with tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Clearbit, or similar
- Ability to write concise, compelling outreach emails
- Understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Comfortable working with structured workflows and performance metrics
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational habits
- Ability to manage high‑volume outreach while maintaining personalization
