Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Management & Promotions

Lead the development and execution of branding strategies to strengthen Sure Safety's identity across all channels.

• Event Participation & Field Marketing

Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, roadshows, and seminars throughout India—owning end-to-end planning, execution, and ROI tracking.

• Media & Agency Collaboration

Coordinate with media outlets, advertising agencies, design partners, and web developers to ensure aligned and impactful marketing communications.

• Market Research & Analysis

Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, competition, and new opportunities to guide strategic decision-making.

• Campaign Development

Design and roll out integrated marketing campaigns—including digital, PR, events, and social media—that effectively promote our offerings and generate leads.

• Customer Segmentation & Targeting

Identify and prioritize customer segments, tailoring messaging and outreach strategies to drive engagement and conversions.

• Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong working relationships with key industry stakeholders, media contacts, influencers, and partners.

• Qualifications & Experience:
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Strong exposure to event marketing, media coordination, and multi-channel campaign management.
• Proven ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
