You will be joining Maven Silicon, Indias top VLSI & semiconductor training organization, collaborating with global semiconductor companies, universities, and technology partners to develop industry-ready talent. In your role as a Principal Member of Technical Staff, you will lead technical projects, mentor engineering teams, and contribute to innovative solutions in VLSI and embedded system design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced training in Digital Design, Verilog, SystemVerilog, UVM, VHDL, DFT
- Mentor Engineers/students on industry-grade RTL-to-GDSII design flows
- Guide live industry-oriented projects and capstone programs
- Debug and troubleshoot RTL / Verification code (Verilog, SV, UVM)
- Develop high-quality technical content, labs, and real-time use cases
- Contribute to R&D initiatives in VLSI/EDA domain for education purposes
Required Technical Skills:
RTL & Verification Track:
- Verilog / SystemVerilog / UVM
- Functional Verification
- Testbench Architecture
- Coverage-driven Verification
- Debugging & Assertions
Physical Design / Backend Track:
- Synthesis, STA, PnR
- DFT concepts & implementation
- Timing Closure
- Low Power Design concepts
Tools Exposure:
- Siemens EDA / Synopsys / Cadence tool exposure is a plus
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in VLSI Design, Verification, and Embedded Systems development
- Proficiency in hardware description languages (HDLs) such as Verilog, VHDL, and SystemVerilog
- Experience with simulation and verification tools, digital design, and modeling techniques
- Strong understanding of ASIC or FPGA design flows and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and debugging skills
- Experience mentoring and guiding engineering teams
- Proven ability to manage technical projects and collaborate effectively across teams
