We are looking for an experienced Senior VLSI Recruiter to join our team and support hiring and operations for semiconductor-based roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and hire talent for VLSI/Semiconductor positions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Support business and client communications
- Assist in recruitment operations and general HR activities
- Provide major support for overseas hiring and operations
Requirements:
✔ 7+ years of experience in recruitment, with strong exposure to VLSI/Semiconductor hiring
✔ Proven experience in sourcing and closing VLSI engineering roles
✔ Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Experience working with global/overseas teams
