About the Opportunity

The YuvaRise Summer Leadership Internship is a structured one-month development program designed for students who want to learn through practical engagement and disciplined thinking.

This internship is not a routine assignment-based program. It is designed as a guided learning journey where participants explore meaningful topics, express their ideas publicly, reflect on their career direction, and develop strategic thinking abilities.

Participants will gain exposure to real-world thinking processes and structured personal development through carefully designed tasks and activities.

Program Details

Duration: 1 Month

Mode: Remote

Estimated Commitment: 30–50 hours across the program

Program Structure

The internship is divided into four structured phases:

• Research
• Public Expression & Thought Leadership
• Career Clarity & Professional Alignment
• Strategy & Business Thinking

Each phase is performance evaluated.

Who Should Apply

This internship is suitable for students who:

• Are currently pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate studies
• Are willing to engage in serious and disciplined work
• Want to gain practical exposure beyond classroom learning
• Are interested in developing leadership thinking and clarity about their future

Recognition

All participants who successfully complete the internship will receive a hard copy Internship Certificate along with a digital copy suitable for professional use.

The top three performers will be recognized with a trophy for excellence and featured as Top Performers on the YuvaRise website.
