About the Role

Pocket FM is seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of our growing portfolio of events. This role will work closely with the Events and Marketing teams to coordinate logistics, manage vendors, support event operations, and ensure seamless execution across a variety of activations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a critical role in helping bring Pocket FM's events to life, ranging from industry conferences and publishing events to AI-focused gatherings, creator activations, and brand experiences.
