Job Summary:-

The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, documentation, attendance management, employee engagement activities, and maintaining HR records. The role ensures smooth execution of HR processes while providing administrative support to the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Manage employee onboarding,Documentation,and Record maintenance.
  • Support HR operations by ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and training coordination.
  • Prepare HR report and maintain confidential records.
  • Manage attendance,leave and HR documentation.
  • Respond to employees queries and provide HR support.

Required Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.

Experience Required:-

  • 0–2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or HR coordination.
  • Freshers with relevant internships may also apply.

Required Skills:-

  • Knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Experience with HRMS software is an added advantage.

Salary Range:-

15000-20000/Month
