Machine operator

Key Responsibilities

Machine Setup: Set up machines before the production process, ensuring they are calibrated correctly for specific foil manufacturing tasks.
Operational Duties: Operate machines and equipment according to established procedures, safety guidelines, and production schedules.
Monitoring: Continuously monitor machine operations, including speed, temperature, and other relevant parameters, to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on foil products to identify defects or irregularities. Remove substandard products and report issues to supervisors or quality control personnel.
Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts, to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and technical issues promptly. Collaborate with maintenance technicians for more complex repairs.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.

Education

Qualifications and Eligibility:

High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.

Experience

Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not always mandatory.
Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, tools, and machinery is an advantage.

Skills

Mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand and operate complex machinery.
Attention to detail to identify defects and irregularities in foil products.
