Job Description:

We are looking for a Machine Operator (Fresher) with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring smooth production processes, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machines as per standard operating procedures
• Perform basic machine setup and adjustments
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Maintain production records and report issues to the supervisor
• Follow safety guidelines and workplace discipline

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers can apply)
• Basic knowledge of mechanical components and industrial machines
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Good learning attitude and teamwork skills
