- Operations Coordinator - IP OP Location Dr Aravind s IVF Fertility Centre Chengalpattu Kanchipuram Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day hospital operations ensuring smooth patient services Manage front office reception and patient flow from registration to discharge Supervise staff schedules duty rosters and HR coordination Monitor billing accounts and revenue handling Maintain compliance with hospital policies medical regulations and safety protocols Coordinate with doctors nurses and technicians for effective patient care Coordinate with doctors nurses and other hospital staff to ensure smooth operations Handling the revenue of the hospital Manage budgets and resources to achieve operations goals Requirements Graduate Postgraduate in Hospital Administration Healthcare Management Business Administration 3 years experience in hospital or healthcare administration Strong knowledge of hospital workflows billing systems and patient care processes Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software Ability to work under pressure and manage a team Compensation Advantages Salary 22 000 to 25 000 per month Indeed Perks Provident Fund Flexible Schedule Preferred Candidate Candidates with prior hospital admin experience Male candidates may be preferred as per some hospital requirements though the role is open to all qualified applicants Kindly contact Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay - per month Benefits Provident Fund
