Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Management Trainee to support operations and business growth for our food service brand, Apna Thali. This role offers hands-on experience in managing day-to-day operations, vendor coordination, and customer handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations of Apna Thali services
- Coordinate with food vendors and delivery partners
- Manage customer queries and ensure smooth service
- Monitor orders, deliveries, and service quality
- Support marketing and customer acquisition activities
- Maintain reports and operational data
Requirements:
- Graduate
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Interest in startup environment and food business
