Management Trainee

Anaxee seeks a Management Trainee in Indore to gain cross-functional experience in operations, client coordination, and business analysis at a fast-growing startup.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Undergo structured training across multiple departments
• Assist in developing and implementing policies, performance goals, and business objectives
• Prepare reports, projects, and presentations for internal reviews
• Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
• Work with established client accounts and support coordination efforts
• Observe and collaborate with experienced team members to understand business processes
• Gain exposure to organizational functions, operational standards, and company policies
• Maintain records and documentation accurately
• Utilize Excel and Google Workspace tools for analysis and reporting

About You

The company is looking for:

• Fresher or 1+ year experience, preferably in a management role or similar
• Any Management Degree preferred
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• Leadership potential and a proactive attitude
• Strong time management skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work extended hours when required
