Role Purpose

Drive Apollo Pharmacy's digital brand presence, customer engagement, and performance marketing outcomes through integrated management of Social Media, Content, CRM campaigns, and Brand Communication, while effectively managing creative and advertising agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

  • Own end-to-end social media strategy and execution across platforms.
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business priorities, campaigns, and health awareness initiatives.
  • Drive engagement-led and performance-oriented content (reels, videos, campaigns).

CRM & Customer Lifecycle Marketing

  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns across Push, SMS, Email, WhatsApp, and App channels.
  • Deploy targeted lifecycle journeys to drive acquisition, repeat purchase, and retention.
  • Execute and optimize campaigns using Clevertap (preferred).
  • Collaborate with Ecommerce, Category, and Growth teams for conversion-led campaigns.

Brand & Agency Management

  • Manage creative, digital, and media agencies for campaign delivery.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Drive integrated execution across social, paid media, and CRM channels.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

Brand & Social

  • Engagement rate & follower growth
  • Reach, impressions & video consumption
  • Content effectiveness (shares, saves, CTR)

CRM & Performance

  • Campaign execution accuracy & timelines
  • Open Rate / CTR / Conversion Rate
  • Repeat purchase & customer retention uplift
  • CRM-driven revenue contribution

Marketing Effectiveness

  • Campaign ROI
  • Agency delivery & quality benchmarks
  • On-time integrated campaign launches

Candidate Profile

  • 5–8 years experience in Digital Marketing / CRM / Brand Marketing.
  • Hands-on CRM campaign execution (Clevertap experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of branding, consumer journeys, and omnichannel retail.
  • Experience managing advertising and creative agencies.
  • Analytical mindset with strong execution ownership.
  • Experience in Retail / Healthcare / FMCG / Ecommerce preferred.
