  • Planning and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns for student recruitment and retention.
  • Overseeing content marketing strategies, including blogs, videos, webinars, and social media.
  • Collaborating with academic and admissions teams to align marketing efforts with enrollment goals.

In the realm of digital marketing, you will be expected to:

  • Optimize the institutions digital presence through SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance and improve ROI.
  • Develop strategies for lead generation and nurturing through CRM tools and automation platforms.
  • Coordinate on-campus and virtual events, such as open houses, webinars, and workshops.
  • Foster partnerships with schools, colleges, and industry professionals for outreach.

Your qualifications and experience should include:

  • Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your role will revolve around:
