Job Description
Immediate Joining required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good Hindi or English Communication
Excel Word Skills Required
Build and maintain database of companies (India & USA)
Execute outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to founders and hiring managers
Maintain daily activity tracker and reporting sheet
KPI / KRA (Weekly Targets)
50–100 company database entries added and verified
30–50 emails/day and 10–20 calls/day
10–20% response rate on outreach
Daily reporting discipline (no gaps)
Data accuracy ≥ 90%
