Marketing & Operations Assistant

Role Objective
To assist the Marketing and Operations teams by handling day-to-day execution, client coordination, and on-ground support, ensuring smooth studio operations and consistent brand presence.
Marketing Support (Basic Execution)
- Shoot and edit short-form reels and stories using a mobile phone
- Post Instagram stories during classes, events, and workshops
- Assist with basic social media posts as per given content plan
- Create simple posters and flyers using Canva
- Capture behind-the-scenes content during events and activations
Front Desk & Client Support
- Manage the reception desk during assigned hours
- Handle walk-in inquiries and basic service explanations
- Host and guide clients during sessions and wellness experiences
- Coordinate schedules between trainers and clients
- Support payment collection (advance, pending and renewal payments)
Operations & Coordination
- Assist in daily studio operations and readiness
- Coordinate with trainers for sessions, availability, and changes
- Communicate with vendors for routine requirements
- Support logistics for events, workshops, and experiences
- Maintain basic records and internal coordination
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1-2 year experience
- Comfortable using Instagram, Canva, and smartphone video
- Good communication skills and people-friendly attitude
- Willing to learn and be hands-on
- Comfortable with front-desk and on-ground work
