Responsibilities -
Mechanical works execution.
- Supervise and execute mechanical erection, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities for project facilities; ensure adherence to engineering standards and timelines. Estimation, Planning
- Prepare cost estimates, resource plans, and schedules for mechanical works; monitor progress against project milestones; optimize manpower and material utilization. Health, Safety & Environment
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards; conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and audits; promote a safety-first culture among teams and contractors. Training
- Identify skill gaps; organize training sessions for engineers, supervisors, and contract manpower; mentor team members to enhance technical and safety competencies.
