Medical Sales Representative

• About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Pharma Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting pharmaceutical products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory.

• Key Responsibilities**
• Promote and sell company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, stockists, and healthcare institutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Organize CMEs, product presentations, and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
• Ensure timely collections and manage distribution channels effectively.
• Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports as per company policy.
• Key Skills Required**
• Strong knowledge of pharma products and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving attitude.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Qualifications**
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or equivalent (B.Sc. / B.Pharma preferred).
• MBA in Marketing (added advantage).
• Relevant experience in pharma sales will be preferred.
