- EHR Management: Enter clinical data into Electronic Health Records systems.
- Accuracy & Editing: Review drafts, edit errors, and clarify inconsistencies.
- Data Security: Adhere strictly to confidentiality and legal regulations (HIPAA/local regulations).
- Communication: Collaborate with doctors to clarify discrepancies in medical reports. Betterteam +4
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in medical transcription or similar roles.
