We work with D2C brands, B2B companies, SaaS startups, and retail businesses across India, the UAE, the US, the UK, and Australia, helping them scale revenue through Performance Marketing, SEO, and Conversion-Focused Websites.

We’re currently looking for a Meta Ads Lead who can take ownership of strategy, execution, and performance for our Meta Ads vertical. If you’re someone who understands how to scale campaigns profitably and lead a team of media buyers, this role is for you.

Role Overview

As the Meta Ads Lead, you will be responsible for managing and scaling Meta advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts. You will work closely with the creative team, performance marketing team, and leadership to drive measurable business results for clients.

This role requires someone who understands both strategy, data and creative strategy, not just campaign management.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and scale Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook & Instagram
  • Build campaign structures for e-commerce sales, lead generation, and brand growth
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise for ROAS, CPL, CPA, and revenue growth

Performance Optimization

  • Analyse metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and purchase value
  • Identify scaling opportunities and troubleshoot underperforming campaigns
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages

Creative Strategy

  • Collaborate with creative strategists and designers to develop high-converting ad creatives
  • Guide the team on winning hooks, angles, and creative formats

Client Strategy

  • Lead performance discussions with clients
  • Present campaign insights and scaling plans
  • Align campaigns with client revenue goals

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor Meta Ads specialists
  • Review campaign setups and optimisation strategies
  • Ensure best practices are followed across accounts

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
  • Strong experience in scaling e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
  • Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, pixel tracking, and conversion APIs
  • Experience analysing Shopify, GA4, and ad performance data
  • Ability to translate data into clear scaling strategies

Must Have

  • Experience with D2C brands and Shopify stores
  • Understanding of creative strategy for performance ads
  • Experience managing ₹20L+ monthly ad budgets
  • Exposure to Google Ads or full-funnel performance marketing
