Mid-Level Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of experience who can handle digital, print, ATL, and BTL creatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual communication across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media creatives (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create high-converting ad creatives for performance marketing campaigns.
• Develop ATL creatives such as print ads, hoardings, newspaper ads, magazine layouts, and outdoor media designs.
• Create BTL creatives including brochures, standees, flyers, banners, danglers, event branding materials, and in-store marketing collaterals.
• Work on branding materials including logos, brand guidelines, presentations, and marketing kits.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, ATL, and BTL campaigns.
• Coordinate with the marketing and performance team for campaign-based creative strategies.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Stay updated with design trends, printing specifications, and advertising standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, ATL & BTL work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Good understanding of print production, bleed, color modes (CMYK/RGB), and file preparation.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro/After Effects) is a plus.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to take feedback positively and deliver revisions quickly.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
