As a Multilingual Customer Support Executive for a leading Banking Process, your role will involve handling customer interactions over calls and providing accurate information and resolutions in regional languages. You must be comfortable working in a voice-based environment and adhere to banking compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for banking-related queries
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding banking products and services
  • Communicate fluently in the assigned regional language
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and call quality
  • Follow internal processes, compliance, and data security guidelines
  • Document call details and update customer records accurately

Qualification Required:

  • Proficiency in any one regional language (read, write, speak)
  • Basic knowledge of Hindi and/or English
  • Prior experience in banking/BPO voice process is preferred
  • Freshers with strong language skills may also apply
  • Good listening skills, customer orientation, and problem-solving ability

Education Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduate (any stream)
