Job Title: Sales Executive – B2B (Courier & Logistics) / Solar

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Location: Malad West, Mumbai

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our Courier and Logistics team. The role focuses on developing B2B business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting courier and logistics services to meet sales targets.

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and approach potential B2B clients (e-commerce, retailers, wholesalers, etc.) for courier and logistics services.
2. Generate new business leads through cold calls, visits, and networking.
3. Understand client needs and propose suitable logistics solutions.
4. Negotiate rates, terms, and close deals effectively.
5. Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
7. Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth service delivery.
8. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and client updates.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

1. Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
2. 0–1 year of experience in sales or business development (experience in courier/logistics preferred but not mandatory).
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Languages:

1. Must be able to communicate in English and Hindi.
2. Knowledge of any of the following languages will be an added advantage: Gujarati, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam.
3. Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
4. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
5. Willingness to learn and grow within the logistics industry.
