JOB PURPOSE:
To manage and deliver Level2 Capabilities of the Digital applications.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensuring uptime of the Digital Sourcing Applications.
- Effectively manage the L2 Bucket of the Digital application, which involves query handling, Issue resolution, root cause analysis, fixes to the issues and ensuring permanent fixtures to the repeated issues.
- Ensure timely closures of requests, providing faster workarounds and handling users diligently.
- Knowledge Base creation and communicate to the appropriate stake holders.
- Effectively manage escalations and provide support to the team wherever required.
- Support all business activities critical to respective application
