Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful planning and execution of IT projects. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
0–2 years of experience in the jewelry industry. Coordinate multiple IT projects including ERP, CRM, Web, and Mobile Applications
Serve as the primary communication bridge between clients and internal development teams. Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Prepare structured project documentation, reports, and status updates. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure task completion. Identify risks and escalate issues proactively to management. Ensure adherence to quality standards and process compliance
Required Qualifications & Skills
0–2 years of jewellery industry experience preferred.
2–3 years of experience in Project Coordination / IT Operations (preferred)
Strong understanding of IT project lifecycle (ERP/CRM/Web/Mobile preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong client-handling and stakeholder management ability
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills

Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
Ability to work in a structured and deadline-driven environment
Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills
