Front Office Executive

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage the reception area and create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle administrative and front desk responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk and ensure smooth day-to-day reception operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor records, gate passes, and reception registers.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting areas are well prepared.
- Receive, sort, and distribute couriers, parcels, and official mail.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Assist the HR and Administration team with routine administrative tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of the reception area.
- Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and employees.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other support teams for smooth office operations.
- Support event arrangements, employee onboarding activities, and other office coordination tasks as assigned.
