Non-IT Bench Sales Recruiter/Pharma/Medical Device

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for marketing bench consultants and engaging with vendors in the non-IT sector. Your work hours will be from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday). The position requires 1-3 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong experience in marketing bench consultants and vendor engagement
- Hands-on knowledge of US visa types: F1-OPT, STEM-OPT, H1B, GC, H4-EAD
- Proven database and experience working with top US Prime Vendors
- Strong vendor relationships across Controls & Automation, Mechanical & Manufacturing, Medical Devices & Pharma
- Identify job opportunities using portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn
- Submit consultants to relevant requirements and track submissions
- Maintain a detailed candidate & follow-up database
- Understand employment types: W2, C2C, 1099; basic knowledge of H1B transfers
- Negotiate rates and close positions efficiently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors
