Non-Voice Process (Process Associate/Analyst) (India)

As a Process Analyst, you will be responsible for handling back-office operations, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives. The role focuses on accuracy, problem-solving, and ensuring smooth business operations without direct voice interaction with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchasing, vendor management, data validation, and reporting with high accuracy.
• Analyze process performance metrics and highlight areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues within SLAs.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance process efficiency.

Requirements

• Graduate (preferred: Business, IT, or related fields).
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Good analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ticketing/CRM tools.
• Prior experience in non-voice/customer support or process analyst roles preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹209,777.42 - ₹650,559.23 per year
